22 Ships, Wan Chai’s modern tapas bar, is taking its famous dishes from Ship Street to the sea with its new catering menu, “The Moveable Feast.” Boating enthusiasts can now charter their favourite tapas cuisine starting at HK$350 per person and can even opt to have Executive Chef Nathan Green himself on-board to cater their festivities.
Favourite dishes such as Pan con tomate, Suckling pig, pineapple, piquillo peppers, Cauliflower, mushroom, parsley, walnut pesto,and Iberico pork and foie gras burger, avocado, pickled cucumber will be available as part of “The Moveable Feast” in addition to most other regular 22 Ships menu items, depending on the cooking facility on board each boat.
Boaters that want to bring classy cocktails to their day at sea should also consider having Ham & Sherry’s Ryan Nightingale as guest bartender. Ryan will take you around the world with his cocktails before you’ve even left the harbour—just ask him about his Chiang Mai Thai, a dangerous blend of Kaffir lime leaf infused Mekhong, Del Maguey Vida, galangal and lemongrass syrup, coriander, pineapple and lime.
The Moveable Feast, made available due to popular demand, is also available for private events, product launches, business functions and weddings.
