Peter Kuruvita is also known to be a strong advocate for sustainable seafood and W Singapore Sentosa Cove seeks to celebrate that by going the extra nautical mile to ensure that the tasty creations feature ocean-friendly seafood in line with the hotel’s environmental and sustainability commitments.Featuring six live cooking stations, tantalise your taste buds with Peter Kuruvita’s delightful renditions of Asian seafood cuisines cooked a-la minute for optimum freshness and taste. Peter Kuruvita began his love affair with food and passion for cooking in the traditional kitchen of his grandmother’s home in Sri Lanka. After three decades as an award-winning chef and restaurateur, Peter has now diversified his career to encompass the roles of TV presenter, author, industry speaker and restaurant consultant.

“Seafood from the Heart combines my love of the sea and passion towards seafood sustainability. Freshness is the heart of everything. Expect to enjoy the finest seafood combined with a mix of rich Asian spices creating mouth-watering vibrant flavours and know that you are also making better choices for the ocean,” said Peter Kuruvita.
