Dine like a Hollywood starlet and let your cravings run wild! Celebrating its 5th anniversary, W Hong Kong will be taking all guests to centre stage from May to August with 5 Star Packages. Each month we will have a star offer from rooms, spa and dining, everything will be about 5.

Since you are the star of W Hong Kong, KITCHEN, Sing Yin Cantonese Dining and WOOBAR will each present a mouth-watering blockbuster movie with feasts fit for a mega-star. Signature dishes from 5 W hotels at KITCHEN, abalone around the world even from South Pole at Sing Yin and a brand-new Tinseltown Afternoon T Set at WOOBAR… We’ll be going all out to be YOUR favorite show.

Enter this flavorsome wonderland – KITCHEN, where Culinary Director of W Hong Kong, Gunnar Kuchenbecker, will take you on an exciting world tour to savor signature dishes from each of Asia’s W KITCHEN restaurants in our deluxe dinner buffet.

From W Bangkok, we have Pla Gapong Nueng (seabass with lemongrass & chilli). Its seafood sauce is specially created by boiling fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice, then cooled to blend with green chilli and other ingredients, to give the dish a more refreshing and juicier touch, instantly transferring you to the hot lands of Thailand.  Next, we’ll set off to the water paradise, W Retreat Koh Samui and savor traditional Pad Thai, with chive, banana flower and piece of lime added to jazz up the flavor.

Then switch the language channel and say “Annyonghaseoyo” as W Seoul Walkerhill presents their signature Marinated Gochugang sauce. Made with traditional Korean Chilli paste, jeongjong (Korean rice wine) with a dash of ginger ale, this goodie can spice up any dish with its unique fragrance. W Singapore – Sentosa Cove further heats up the buffet with its Barolo Spice Poached Pears and Rocket. The pears are lightly poached into the Barolo wine and balsamic until just soft, to give out a powerful tannic taste, accentuating its rich flavor.  Last but not least, indulge in W Hong Kong’s Lobster Benedict, which fresh lobsters and eggs are blended together to produce a lingering and delightful taste.

As a finishing touch to your trip at KITCHEN, enjoy free-flow soft drinks and juices at only HK$555 + 10% for your buffet.

Serving only the best of the best, an array of abalone around the world is prepared to A-list perfection for you. Executive Chinese Chef Bryan Lee adds in a few creative touches of his own to make the taste of this seafood king even more tantalizing.

Starting from now to August 31, seafood fans can take pleasure in over 10 dishes of abalone from different continents, such as Australia, South Africa, Dalian and even South Pole. The Sautéed South Pole Abalone is one of the must-try dishes. Though small in size, the South Pole Abalone’s meat is much richer and stronger in texture to adapt to the harsh climate. Having it sautéed with Sing Yin homemade XO sauce, its flavor becomes more pronounced and heavenly thanks to the mixture of Jinhua ham and shrimp roe inside.

Other highlights include Marinated South Africa Fresh Abalone in Quinoa Wine, Baked Dalian Fresh Abalone with dried mandarin peel, Braised whole Australian Abalone in oyster sauce and more, available from HK$86 to HK$2,300.

Or in celebrity fashion choose your own five-course menu – the selection boasts everything from Baked Crab Shell stuffed with Alaskan Snow crab meat to double-boiled Abalone soup with silky chicken in whole mini winter melon, Wok-fried scallop with black truffle and Noodles in soup with minced pork and enoki mushroom, “sichuan” style. Available at HK$555 + 10%.

You can also taste all the signature dishes of Sing Yin in one-go! From Lychee wood fired crispy chicken to steamed crab claw with egg white and ginger winefried rice with whole abalone wrapped in lotus leaf to steamed fresh spotted garoupa, the best of the best of Sing Yin will be yours in no time. This 8-course star menu is available at HK$5,555+10% for 5 people.

At WOOBAR, be a part of the elite crowd in town and enjoy WOOBAR’s delightful Tea Set by day and release the rockstar in you at night with our party package.

Be blown away by the hot debut of WOOBAR’s delectably divine Tinseltown Tea Set. With over 12 glittery items, this set is certainly the top pick for those who have a sweet tooth, especially the WOODAFT fresh Lobster and Papaya pastry. Spinkled with orange dust and slices of sweet papaya, the lobster’s luscious flavor becomes more uplifting. The Bling Bling mojito fluid lollipop, on the other hand, is more subtle and fresh in taste thanks to its minty mojito liquid inside.  This is available at HK$398 + 10% for two.

As night falls, time to get your stilettos, let loose of your ties and clink glasses with WOOBAR’s Oscar winning party package “Party of a Lifetime”. One bottle of Belvedere vodka with two carafes of mixers and a Red Bull boat plus two bottles of Veuve Clicquot – Yellow label, light bites and a celebratory cake will have you partying like an Academy Award winner.
