Fiji Smiles Capture Personal TravelManagers’ Hearts

A select group of personal travel managers experienced the very best of Fiji, on a recent exclusive TravelManagers educational hosted by Rosie Holidays and Fiji Airways.

The five-night famil focused on the Mamanuca Island resorts with the opportunity to experience three nights aboard a Captain Cook Cruise through the Mamanuca and Southern Yasawa Islands.

“The opportunity to experience an entire Captain Cook Cruise for ourselves was a real privilege. Being immersed for three days, allowing us to understand exactly what our clients would do has been invaluable and I can now sell this product with absolute confidence. Without a doubt the highlight for me was visiting a local school on one of the Waya islands. Having the chance to meet unnamed (8)and interact with these happy, smiling local children is something I’ll never forget,” says Maree Oxford, representative for Cardiff in New South Wales.

The personal travel managers all agree that the Fiji Islands provide Australians a cultural, relaxing and great value for money holiday experience that cater for both couples and families.

“The Fiji Islands have so much to offer. Beautiful beaches, a great range of three to five star resorts with fantastic kids clubs and facilities as well as all-inclusive cruise options, something to suit all budgets. You never tire of the local people, their beautiful smiles and genuineness greets you everywhere you go. The warm Fijian hospitality is what really makes your holiday,” says Rhiannon Madden, representative for Werribee in Victoria.

If your time is limited, a stay on Fiji’s mainland will certainly not disappoint, says Jenny Wiseman, representative for Concord in NSW.

“Golf fanatics and foodies will just love the five star InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa located at Natadola Beach. The background and stunning sea views of the internationally renowned 18-hole golf course are truly spectacular. Foodies too will be wowed with the resorts’ five star cuisine. I can highly recommend the seafood buffet, it was amazing.”

The group experienced Fiji Airways new look facilities and in-flight service.

“It was such a pleasure to fly with Fiji Airways, such a difference from the old Air Pacific experience.  The flight crew is as friendly as ever, but it is so nice to travel in style with their new look livery, planes and revamped in-flight service and facilities.  Your holiday really does start when you get on the plane and with Fiji Airways they have got it right,” says Tania Pickering, representative Ballajura in Western Australia.

Since 2010, personal travel managers have experienced exclusive educationals between suppliers and TravelManagers to a variety of worldwide destinations.

“TravelManagers prides itself on providing exceptional and personal customer service which comes from firsthand knowledge and experience. Educationals that allow immersion into a destination, and products such as the Rosie Holidays and Captain Cook Cruises one to Fiji, are so important, which is why we proactively work to provide as many famil opportunities as possible,” says Michael Gazal TravelManagers’ Executive General Manager.
