image010 (2)Bounty Island Resort says that not only is it jewel of the Mamanucas, but it claims to be the best value island resort.

Located in the heart of Nadi Bay and at the doorstep of the Mamanucas and Yasawas, while Bounty is located in the Mamanuca Group of islands, it is only 8 nautical miles, which is 30 mins by boat from Port Denarau Marina, with the island best known for its spectacular reefs and sand-fringed isles and offering perfect conditions for boating, snorkelling and water based activities.

The island offers 48 acres of untouched land with tropical gardens surrounded by golden sandy beaches, clear pristine waters and a marine reserve that provides spectacular snorkelling and affordable accommodation.

Bounty says that it sets the standard for the Fiji Islands in budget accommodation, with the resort ideal for every traveller looking for paradise on a shoe string, with a variety of accommodation from dormitories to private rooms to suit any budget.

I met Maureen Martel from Bounty at Fijian Tourism Expo and to hear what she had to tell me, click on the video box below:
