The ReflexionsWith its contemporary French cuisine expertise and sophisticated style references, The Reflexions invites guests to explore unlimited French bistro classics under the themes of Cold, Hot, Sweet and Cheese, created a la minute and in full view at the entrancingly illuminated restaurant’s dramatic theatre kitchen.

This also includes  free-flow drinks comprising of  red, white and sparkling wines besides draught beers and soft drinks, what better way to conclude the week on a gastronomic high note?

The masterful chefs’ passionate artistry entices the palate on a voyage of discovery beginning with such cold selections as: Rocket Salad/Pine Nuts/Grapes; Reflexions Caesar Salad; Seabass Pescaccio/Seaweed/Amalfi Lemon; Marinated Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine/Smoked Trout; Chef’s Game Terrine; Duck Rillette/Jamon/Beetroot; Foie Gras Crème Brulée/Cherries/Cous Cous; Summer Salad with Zucchini, Dill and Grey Shrimp; Salmon Tartar/Watercress/Goat Cheese; White Asparagus Salad/Quail Egg/Paris Ham.
