Firebird Diner by Michael Mina makes an addition to its dining menu with the launch of the Business Breakfast, designed to kick start the business day with speed and in style.
Hot off the success of the restaurant’s Business Lunch, the Firebird team now offers a set breakfast menu to meet the demands of the DIFC crowd looking to have the first deal of the day done before arriving at the office.
Executive Chef Matthew Dahlkemper follows the age-old belief that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and so presents a hearty yet healthy four-tiered breakfast set to be served within 10 minutes of guests being seated. Priced at AED 79, the new Firebird Business Breakfast includes smoked salmon bagel, light green garden salad, Greek yogurt parfait with fresh berries and a fresh fruit salad, served alongside tea, coffee and fresh juices.
Situated on Podium level at Gate 9, in the recently opened Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, Firebird is Dubai’s first American diner to offer a sophisticated menu of exceptional North American favourites that can be served family-style. Plush booths, tables and a signature diner-style counter set the stage within the Tihany-designed restaurant for an authentic taste of Americana, complete with a vintage 1950s juke box where guests can pick and choose their own desired songs from a pre-set playlist. The diner also features a large al fresco terrace and transparent kitchen to complete the classic diner experience.
