It’s time to raise your chopsticks in unison and stir up blessings of prosperity, wealth and good health. The ritual of tossing the yee sang – the higher you toss, the higher your growth in “fortunes”.

Specially curated by Zuan Yuan’s Executive Chinese Chef Ben Kong, there are four premium varieties with a choice of assorted fruits, salmon, soft shell crab or whitebait.

The soft shell crab and white bait is fried to crisp and golden brown paired with layers of shredded vegetables, sauces and condiments; offering a refreshing and crunchy taste after the toss.

The festive delicacy is priced between RM98.00nett and RM188.00nett onwards per half portion and full portion, respectively. It is available for lunch (12noon to 2.30pm), dinner (6.00pm to 10.30pm) and take-away.
