To share his love for this cuisine, he enchants patrons with a tasting menu that showcases Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Chilli, Pickle and Japanese Bean Curd, Stir Fried Prawn with Szechuan Sauce and Vinegar, Roasted Chicken with Chef’s Signature Sauce, Crispy Onion and Garlic, Poached Chicken Dumpling with Homemade Sauce and; Stir Fried Beef with Szechuan Pepper Sauce and Garden Green.

The Combination of Durian Spring Roll, Pancake and Ice Cream, the homemade “To Fu Hua” with Caramelised Ginger Sugar Syrup and the Chilled Lemon Grass Jelly with Lime and Aloe Vera are sure to envelop taste buds in waves of delight at the end of the meal!
