Returning to Melbourne’s iconic food scene for the second consecutive year, Flute Private Dining in partnership with G.H. Mumm will launch an exclusive pop-up dining experience at Rydges Melbourne on 23rd November 2018. Brought to life by Melbourne’s leading event specialist, Belinda Fitzpatrick, the unique dining experience and venue will be available for event bookings until 25th December 2018.

Commended for its innovative approach to pop-up private dining, Flute Private Dining received outstanding reviews throughout its sell-out first season in 2017. Launching with a fresh design concept for 2018, Director from Belinda Fitzpatrick Events said, “Our team have explored unique ideas and creative concepts in order to achieve a dramatic makeover. Our vision allows for a shift in sensory experience which is important when leading guests from an existing hotel environment into an exclusive pop-up dining scene. A daring black canvas will provide the base for a setting that is striking, yet minimalistic, allowing the food and beverage to be the true feature.”

Paul Griffiths, Executive Head Chef for Flute Private Dining, will showcase a menu of refined seasonal dining, demonstrating synergy between sustainable produce and modern design through both traditional banquet or cocktail setting dining options. The Private Dining pop-up accommodates groups up to 80 seated or 100 cocktail.
