InterContinental Hotels Group, IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies hosted an event at InterContinental® Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort and Crowne Plaza® Gurgaon to showcase their portfolio of brands present in the region.
Guests were taken on a spectacular IHG journey that highlighted the hallmarks of its four key brands – InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn® Hotels & Resorts and Holiday Inn Express®.
At InterContinental Chennai, guests were welcomed in true InterContinental spirit with traditional drummers and doormen dressed in typical Tamil costumes. During the evening speciality dishes were cooked in a live sand pit, churrascaria style, to recreate the rich recipes of generations ago while noted flutist Milind Date performed live. Guests attending the event at Crowne Plaza Gurgaon, listened to celebrated Sarod Masters Amaan and Ayaan Ali Bangash who were accompanied by Grammy nominated violinist Elmira Darvarova.
