Foie Gras’ Night To Remember

The World restaurants, Centara Grand at Central World is now launching a fabulous foie gras buffet, to be held every Thursday night.

If you’re a true foie gras fan, you’re invited to sample specialties such as beef tenderloin Rossini with foie gras and red wine sauce, foie gras terrine with cherry port jelly, foie gras pate en croute, foie gras mousse profiteroles, cream of mushroom flavored foie gras, salmon and foie gras emulsion, foie gras sausage, Sushi foie gras and many other decadent foie gras inventions. Additional dishes from the international buffet include a range of delectable dishes from around the world, including the sumptuous Indian corner, Japanese sushi and sashimi, Thai food, pasta and the freshest seafoods and cold cuts. And of course it’s essential to leave a little space for a delicious sweet treat – choose from a variety of cakes, Thai desserts, ice-cream and seasonal fruit.

The World is also serving items as part of a “Chef’s Special Menu” – Pan Fried Foie Gras with Porto Sauce an elegant dish served to your table. 

 The World’s foie gras dinner is priced at just THB 1,899++ per person, and if you add THB 1, you can enjoy free-flow Prosecco with your meal. **The “Chef’s Special Menu” is limited to one dish per diner**
