Caipiroska, also known as Caipivodka, is one of the most popular drinks of Brazil. Although it originates from South America, it has become a favourite and a must have in any beverage list worldwide. It is a refreshing and friendly drink, traditionally made using vodka, sugar and lime. Best enjoyed in hot climates, during the months of May and June, it will be featured in its most classic form and a variety of different local exotic flavours such as Mangosteen, Mango, Watermelon and Pomelo just to name a few, at our open-air venues Moon Bar and Latitude Lounge & Bar.

Available throughout May and June at Latitude, with a selection of tasty skewers to go along; and during the month of June at Moon Bar.

Medicinal ingredients are known to add a subtle yet very distinctive edge to a dish and from April to June Bai Yun will enhance your dining experience by bringing you exciting medicinal herbs fragranced creations, for dinner.

Come in a party of 4 and above to receive a Peking Duck Voucher valued THB 1,500++

Thai wine makers are establishing a reputation for themselves, their productions being particularly suited to balance the spiciness of Thai food.

We invite you to sample some of Thailand’s most outstanding wines, from leading winemakers and winegrowers at Siam Winery, paired with the legendary authentic Royal Thai cuisine of Apsara.

Moon Bar - Chill-axAvailable for one night only, on 19 June 2014, this is a must-do experience. Sail along the romantic and history-rich waterways of the River of Kings and be treated to a genuine Thai experience as Apsara hosts Kathrin Puff, Siam Winery’s winemaker since 2007, who will expertly match elegant wines with a fabulous gourmet 4-course menu especially created for this occasion by our expert Thai Chefs.

Asian Market (Every Thursday – Sunday)

Asian cuisine is exotic and flavorful. The clever use of cooking techniques and spices has transformed what were originally humble peasant food dishes into specialties that are now known the world over. In the month of June, Romsai takes you on a gastronomic tour through some of the most popular Asian cuisines featuring foods from Southern China also known as Cantonese cuisine, Thai delicacies and Japanese seasonal and fresh specialties.
