For four weeks only: The Truffle Degustation at Bacchus Restaurant Brisbane

The Black Winter Truffles (Tuber melanosporum) used come from the internationally famed Truffle & Wine Co farm in Manjimup, Western Australia; which are right now, magnificently in-season.

The Bacchus Truffle Degustation features five courses, each perfectly flavored with fungi that is so sought after, often causes foodies even forget to photograph their dish they are so transfixed!  The five courses are:

  • Egg: Free range 64 degree egg, Jerusalem artichoke and black truffle.
  • Tagliolini: house made pasta, butter elusion and black truffle.
  • Risotto: classic parmesan risotto and black truffle
  • Lamb: selected cuts, cime de rapa, paprika and black truffle
  • Ice Cream: chocolate ice cream and truffle


The Truffle Degustation is available only until August 12, 2017 and is priced at $179.00 per person.
