Itinerary, Day One:

Park Hyatt

The couple arrives at Sydney International Airport, where they will be greeted by their private Rolls Royce and chauffeured to the award-winning Park Hyatt Sydney, where the sumptuous, 3,853-square-foot Sydney Suite awaits.

Once privately checked in, the guests can settle into their two-bedroom suite, which has a private outdoor terrace and near 360-degree panoramic views of Sydney’s Harbour, Opera House and Bridge.

The master bedroom even has a spa bath, dry sauna and a steam room, so the couple will have the chance to completely relax during the duration of their four-night stay.

Itinerary, Day Two:

Harbour Bridge

Day two starts with a private climb of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, which has been rented out for their sole use while they embark on a guided walk.

Next, they are taken on a behind-the-scenes tour of Australia’s most iconic building – the Sydney Opera House, where they will explore the building, go onto the stages and some of the four performing arts halls, as well as enjoy dramatic views of the bridge in the Northern Foyer, while sipping on a glass of champagne.

Later, the couple will be treated to an exquisite meal prepared by one of Sydney’s top chefs, while listening to a private performance by members of Opera Australia. The evening ends with a spell-binding fireworks display over the harbour, created exclusively for them.

Itinerary, Day Three:

Guests have an early start on day three, which starts with a trip to the Sydney Fish Market and the chance to see the Dutch Auction, before heading to a private animal sanctuary in the city, where they will see koalas and kangaroos up close, along with other unique Aussie animals.

Next, a helicopter awaits them and takes them to Hunter Valley—the continent’s prime wine-growing region—where Robert Oatley Vineyards will host a private tasting and lunch prepared by star chef Neil Perry.

Passing over the Hawkesbuty River area, the helicopter takes the guests back to the city and lands on the largest private yacht in Sydney, where they are greeted by another winemaker and enjoy a wine tasting as the sun sets on Sydney Harbour, the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

To end the evening, the couple has a private dinner at Quay, Sydney’s ultimate harbourside restaurant, which has been rented out for their sole use.

Day four starts with a hassle-free private jet transfer to Hamilton Island, where the couple will be met by their helicopter pilot and flown to the Great Barrier Reef for a snorkelling adventure of a lifetime. After, they enjoy champagne from their private platform and board their helicopter back to the island.

Next, the guests’ private jet takes them to Australia’s finest seaside resort, qualia, where they have lunch in the exclusive and ultra-deluxe Beach House. Then, they jet off to Uluru (Ayers Rock), where they are met by one of Australia’s leading Indigenous guides and learn about the history of this sacred place.

The day’s activities come to a close at the rugged yet refined Longitude 131°, which provides the perfect backdrop for drinks, dining and local stories. After a long day, the couple jets back to Sydney, where their private Rolls-Royce is waiting to take them back to the Park Hyatt.
