Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay Launches Entertain U(Niversity) – A Series Of Consumer Classes Focused On The Art Of Entertaining

BAH_241_aspect16x9Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is offering Raw Vegan Food Cooking Class as part of Four Seasons Entertain U(niversity)  initiative.  Entertain U(niversity) is a series of unique classes offered between October 1 and December 31, 2015 taught by the entertaining, culinary and beverage masterminds at Four Seasons properties across the globe.  Each property will offer educational experiences for both hotel guests and the local community, highlighting entertaining and catering skills that can be replicated at home.

The Raw Vegan Food cooking class taught by Executive Chef Stefano Andreoli will focus on how to prepare a delicious dish without actually cooking any of the fresh, vegan ingredients. Guests learn special techniques of preparing raw dishes such as zucchini lasagna, avocado date pie, yellow corn chowder, tomato basil ricotta pizza and a key lime tart. After the class ends, guests enjoy the meal with the Chef.

Guests will come away from this class with a new repertoire of raw dishes, as well as a certificate and aFour Seasons apron.

Tips and Tricks from the Wolfgang Puck Kitchens Cooking Class

Along with the Raw Vegan Cooking Class, the Hotel offers Tips and Tricks from the Wolfgang Puck Kitchens cooking class.

From October to December, guests seize the opportunity to pick up a few pointers, tips and tricks for preparing their favourite dishes from the Wolfgang Puck restaurants at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. Class participants are invited to spend an afternoon with the chefs from CUT by Wolfgang Puck and from re Asian Cuisine by Wolfgang Puck in the dining room of the brand-new CUT, as they will be lead through an interactive session – part of Entertain U(niversity), a series of cooking and entertaining classes taught by Four Seasons talent. At the end of the session, guests enjoy the meal with the chef instructor (Ben Small, Brian Becher or Pierre Chambon) and will take home a certificate and a Four Seasons apron as mementos.
