Starting this spring, meeting planners can rev up their programs with interactive breaks that inspire their guests to collaborate outside of the traditional meeting room. Indoor spin sessions are led by motivating instructors who raise the bar – and heart rates – to stimulate dynamic engagement among participants. Interactive cooking classes bring the conversation to the chef’s table to entice a free-ranging exchange of ideas and recipes for success. The new offering of meeting breaks at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore provides compelling experiences for planners to energize their groups and achieve program goals in the heart of downtown Baltimore.

Energize Midday with a Spin Class

Rev up meetings at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore with the new on-site REV spin classes. Instructors from REV, the city’s first and only spin studio, can create an indoor bike theatre in a harbor-view meeting room and lead dynamic 45 or 60-minute cycles classes for up to 45 people.

Spiritual Reset with Yoga

Event attendees can rejuvenate between meetings with inspiring yoga sessions offered on the Hotel’s fourth floorSplash Pool Deck, overlooking Baltimore’s historic Inner Harbor. Planners can also arrange for private instructors to cleanse mind, body and spirit during the group’s mid-session breaks.

Extraordinary Lunch Breaks: Food Truck Delivery

A departure from the usual venues, participants can go to the fifth level of the Hotel’s parking garage for a meal inspired by trendy Baltimore food trucks. The culinary team’s gourmet carts serve up local specialties including mini crab cake sliders, kobe beef hot dogs, and handcrafted cocktails.

Evening Entertainment: Cooking Classes and Dinner with Chef Oliver Beckert

For a connected culinary activity, groups can perfect their crab cake or BBQ techniques with Executive Chef Oliver Beckert’s interactive cooking classes. Guests will learn new techniques and recipes while enjoying the fruits of their labour over an evening of delicious food, perfectly paired drinks, and animated discussions about cooking. Graduates of Chef Oliver’s class will receive a specially embroidered Four Seasons “Today I Am a Chef” apron and recipe booklet to take home. Chef Oliver’s classes range from BBQ to Crab 101, and he can also design the class to fit the group’s preference or event theme.
