Just in time for summer, Bar Quadrato at Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf has introduced a series of delectable cocktails bringing together ingredients synonymous with the season and ideal for savouring on the Hotel’s secluded terrace overlooking its gardens and the River Thames beyond.
The thirst-quenching Basil Cucumber Mojito is a refreshing mix of the traditional mojito ingredients white rum, lime juice, sugar and soda water with thinly sliced cucumber as well as mint and basil from the Hotel’s garden.
Conjuring up a taste of the tropics in Canary Wharf, the Blue Sky Cocktail brings together Bombay Sapphire gin, Chartreuse liqueur, blue curacao with lime juice, passion fruit juice, peach puree and a splash of rosemary syrup.
Completing this line-up of summery concoctions is the Watermelon Martini, a seasonal drink combining Absolut vodka and Cointreau with watermelon juice, a dash of lime and sugar syrup.
No British summer would be complete without Pimm’s. Served by the glass or in by the jug, this classic mix of spirits, red berry fruits; herbs, apples and lemonade, makes for the perfect long drink for hot sunny days.
Available until August 31, 2015, the Summer Cocktails are priced at GBP 13 each while a jug of Pimms is priced at GBP 25.
