Under the seal of Executive Chef Edgar Kano and supervision of Pastry Chef Francisco Vázquez, Pan Dulce combines the best traditional Mexican bread with the refined concept of French pastries. The place brings out the best of Mexican baking in the morning, and in the evening hours becomes a patisserie where diners can experience the best sweet flavours of France accompanied by the scent of European oriental teas.
While many of recipes come from La Pâtisserie des Rêves, one of the most renowned bakeries in France, there are creations with delicious Mexican flavours as well.
“The opening of Pan Dulce is another step we take as part of the renovation of the hotel. We are proud, because there is no greater reward for our effort than to undertake new projects that we know will make our customers happy,” says José Adames, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel México DF.
