Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Celebrates The World’s Most Iconic Cocktail Leading Up To National Martini Day

Beginning June 12, the “Make Mine a Martini” cocktail flight crafted with elit by Stolichnaya vodka, will be available through National Martini Day, June 19, at select Four Seasons hotels across North America. Each flight of three martinis offers a classic vodka martini, a dirty martini, and a new twist – a unique, regionally-tailored martini.

Taking inspiration from the past and expertly mixing it with the hottest cocktail trends of today, bartenders and mixologists from participating Four Seasons hotels have crafted a range of exciting new libations to reflect their home cities. Examples include:


  • NIU blue moon (Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka’upulehu) – An homage to the blue hue that sometimes occurs in the moon during Hawaii’s frequent volcano eruptions, this martini incorporates tropical flavors of coconut cream, coconut water, housemade sweet and sour, jalapeno and blueberries.
  • Strawberry Fields (Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, California) – Made with freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice, housemade strawberry cordial, rhubarb syrup, grapefruit shrub, orange bitters, and blood orange, this martini honors the hundreds of acres of strawberries planted in Ventura County and Malibu.
  • 1914 Gold Rush (Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole) – This gold-colored cocktail, made with Mighty Leaf Oolong Tea and Smoked Grand Marnier, pays tribute to how the pioneers moved west in search of gold and evokes campfires with its smoky flavour; the inclusion of 1914 in the name is a nod to when Jackson Hole was incorporated as a town.
  • Empire of the Sun (Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort) – Made with Benedictine, blood orange and Fresno chili Saccarum, fresh lime juice, habanero bitters, and garnished with a blood orange zest, gold dust and a flower, this martini uses both classic and modern technique to marry sweet citrus with deep clean spice notes.
