Four Seasons Undercover makes its Miami debut on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at 12:00 noon. Executive ChefAaron Brooks will lead the culinary team at EDGE, Steak & Bar as they turn up the heat for this one-time, artistically crafted culinary event. Mystery shrouds the entire dining experience, from the location to the menu. A limited number of tickets are available and may be purchased in advance at FSMiamiUndercover.eventbrite.comfor USD 70 per person, plus a processing fee.
Similar to the location, the menu for the upcoming Four Seasons Undercover Miami edition with EDGE, Steak & Bar is being kept highly confidential by Chef Aaron. Having been recognised as “Miami’s Lambassador” by Meat & Livestock Australia, and a “Master of Meat” by Miami New Times, one can only imagine what Chef Aaron has planned for the exclusive afternoon dining event. In addition to the menu, other surprises await and will only be revealed the afternoon of August 23.
Leading up to the Sunday event, clues will be unveiled on the social media channels of Four Seasons Hotel Miamiand EDGE, Steak & Bar. On Friday, August 21 at 5:00 pm, attendees will receive an email with information on the designated meeting point and any additional details.
