Fraser Suites Sydney recently unveiled a newly upgraded lobby which has been meticulously designed to create a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Innovation and intuitive service are at the heart of Fraser Suites Sydney’s ethos, so adapting the lobby to meet the evolving needs of guests, whether they be longer term business guests or leisure guests on a weekend away, was a key priority in order to ensure gold standard service at all points in the guests’ journey.
While Fraser Suites continues to maintain a comprehensive offering as a Long Stay Serviced Residence, they are also firmly engaged within the short stay market. “To effectively engage with both segments of the market, our new design offers a more efficient way for our guests to arrive and depart the hotel,” says General Manager Ben Nesbitt.
Increasing the number of front office terminals to four, thereby increasing efficiencies for short stay guests was one of the key changes to the lobby. “The new reception desk was designed to enable the Front Office Team to deliver a warm welcome and a fond farewell to each and every guest,” remarks Ben Nesbitt.
“Each terminal at the desk is entirely self-sufficient allowing each Guest Service Agent to focus solely on the guests they have in front of them and deliver the intuitive and personalised service that is the hallmark of a Frasers Hotel.”
Whilst the guest experience is paramount, the lobby upgrades were also completed with an underlying commitment to environmental sustainability. The new revolving entry door which replaced the dual leave sliding door was installed as a solution to regulate the temperature and flow of air, ensuring the lobby and mezzanine level retain consistent and comfortable temperatures year round. Notably this has reduced the requirements for air conditioning, significantly reducing Fraser Suites’ footprint.
New LED lights have also been installed within the structure of our signature grand chandelier as well as updated dimming controls, allowing for increased energy conservation. The lights are also regularly adjusted to create the perfect ambience for guests which suits the time of day. The added ability to “zone” music allows Fraser Suites to create a different atmosphere within the lobby to the Mezzanine which overlooks it, resulting in them delivering the perfect experience within both spaces.
As well as structural changes, Fraser Suites Sydney has introduced a new made-to-measure uniform for the Front Office Team. These bespoke and sophisticated uniforms reinforce the cornerstone of the Fraser Suites’ service offering; outstanding attention to detail and personalised service, which is tailored to each and every guest.
Our guests and employees’ have provided overwhelmingly positive feedback in respect to the upgrades, in particular regarding the non-invasive process through which the improvements were made.
As well as experiencing the new lobby, until the end of September, guests can enjoy a bottle of wine and complimentary parking with their overnight accommodation as part of the Winter Fun Package.
