Ease into an intimate, romantic evening with Le Bistro’s 5-course Valentine’s Day menu specially curated by Chef Johan. Prices at HK$688 for two, the menu invites lovers and friends to indulge in the starters, the French Fines de Claire No.3 Oysters and Duck Confit Croquette. Promised to win hearts over are the mains with a choice from Carpaccio of Scallop, Confit Sole Fillet and Pan-fried Duck Fillet. End the night on a sweet note with Le Bistro’s Ooh La La French desserts, Roasted Pineapple and Financier Cake with cookie on the side. For a more casual night with your loved one, head over to A.O.C and fall in love with Chef Stephane’s 4-course Valentine’s Day menu. For dinner for two at HK$388, the menu kicks off with French Fines de Claire No.3 Oysters, heart-full mains including Ravioli of Lobster cooked with mushroom, ginger, Vin Jaune and bisque sauce, and Griddle-Grilled Veal Rump mixed in celery, carrot and cocoa sauce. Dinner tops off with the ever so tempting Fresh Raspberry dessert served with fresh lychee, meringue, rosewater and raspberry sorbet. The Valentine’s menus are available on 11, 12 & 14 February 2017.
