Enjoy a new creative a la carte menu with every dish cooked to your order and specifications before they are served afresh to your table. You don’t have to stand from your table as the food will be served to you by some of Bangkok’s most professional service team, and of course, they are available on an “all-you-can-eat” basis.
The brunch starts with cheese, cold cuts, and starters such as salad Quinoa Moroccan harissa cumin orange or asparagus organic green mint Chimichurri, followed by “Beyond the Sea” on your plate with vodka or fine cognac. Various entrees are up next, which includes highlights such as pan-seared duck foie gras in praliné crust; Burgundy snails with garlic and parsley butter beef marrow sense; braised duck leg Normandy senses; and pan-seared beef sirloin steak Burgundy-style. And don’t forget those from the “Chicken Coop,” such as poached egg, fired egg, omelet, and scrambled eggs before ending your meal with sinful, but worth it, French desserts.
Highlight of the brunch are amazing exotic dishes first presented at the recent wine dinners held at the hotel, the inspired cuisine with all items featuring natural ingredients from Provence presented at the “L’Occitane Wine Dinner” in November.
