Fresh taste of the ocean on the new menu at Blue Marine Resort & Spa Phuket

unnamedWith its seafront setting, looking out across the Andaman, Blue Pacific Restaurant at The Blue Marine Resort & Spa Phuket, Managed by Centara, focuses on seafood with its newly introduced menu.

Signature dishes include international favourites done in local style, such as the Caesar salad that along with the romaine and iceberg lettuce, creamy rich sauce and garlic croutons, features fresh salmon cooked with Cajun spices (Baht 190).

Fresh prawns are barbecued and ready to be eaten straight from the skewer together with a green salad flavoured with lemongrass and served with tartar sauce (Baht 230).

If you are a couple or a group of four, the seafood basket will certainly tempt you, featuring a fresh Andaman catch grilled to perfection and served with spicy dips and a green salad. The price is Baht 1,800 for two, and Baht 3,500 for four persons.

All prices are subject to 10 percent service charge and 7 percent government tax.

The Blue Marine Resort & Spa Phuket, Managed by Centara is located on the cliff at the quiet northern end of Patong Beach, with a backdrop of green woodland and gorgeous views across the Andaman Sea.
