Easter Eats

This Easter, Bene offers an Easter Brunch Buffet designed for both small gatherings and large get-togethers. Presenting a range of delicious dishes, diners can pass around chicken cacciatore, or dig into a succulent piece of Australian lamb leg with black truffle sauce from the carving station. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy delectable treats such as the diplomatica – a tempting strawberry millefeuille. Available on April 1, Bene’s Easter Brunch Buffet is priced at HKD478+* per person.

Back by popular demand, the Easter Premium Family Set Dinner is also available at HKD528+* per person from March 26 to April 2. Featuring five individual courses, guests can look forward to Italian classics like torta di pasqua e salumi (traditional cheese bread and cold cuts) and strozzapreti strascinati (home-made strozzapreti pasta with sausage, egg yolk, pecorino cheese, lemon zest). The seadas (caciotta cheese and orange zest fritters, acacia honey and vanilla gelato) guarantees a refreshing, citrusy finish to a fulfilling evening.

Of all the holidays, Easter is the best time to indulge in a chock-full of chocolate. Dessert enthusiasts can experience an Easter Afternoon Tea Set at Palms Café and Bar. The tea set includes a selection of savory bites, such as Yunnan roast duck in pancakes, and tuna rissois with piri piri mayo. Rounding off the refreshments, guests can enjoy a selection of chocolate Easter eggs with different fillings of crème framboise, praline croquant lait, pate d’amande orange and crepe dentelle, as well as pistachio and cherry chocolate opera and chocolate éclair.
