Fusion Resort Cam Ranh encourages detox, retox and tee off

Fusion Resort Cam Ranh, 14-hectare resort sprawled along Vietnam’s south-central coast, is introducing three new packages, a spa-detox, a spa escape with unlimited Italian bubbly, and a golf-filled getaway with access to two nearby international-standard courses.

The “Gentle Spa Detox” package charts a middle ground between a detox retreat and a relaxing but healthy beach holiday. The stay includes a bevy of spa therapies and daily group yoga sessions (plus one private yoga and meditation session) all supported by daily green juices, unlimited fresh coconut water, one cooking class covering raw and vegan cuisine, plus Fusion’s signature “Breakfast Anywhere, Anytime” service, and a la carte dinner or lunch every day. Spa-goers can choose from four, seven, or 14-night stays, with rates starting at USD 922++ for the four-night stay.

“Bubbles & Spa” stays true to Fusion’s innovative spa ethos while catering to those who might prefer Prosecco to coconut water. The popular Italian bubbly is available all day to guests taking part in the two- or three-night packages. Spa treatments are also offered as part of the “all-spa inclusive” service, along with one private yoga or meditation class and a USD 50 spa boutique gift voucher. “Breakfast Anywhere, Anytime” and private airport transfers are also included. Rates start at USD 393++ for a two-night stay.

“Golf, Explore, and Relax” gets guests (mostly) out of the spa and onto the green, with three to five tee times (depending on length of stay) at Diamond Bay, an 18-hole oceanfront championship course designed by Andy Dye, or Vinpearl, an 18-hole championship course on Hon Tre Island with stunning sea and mountain views. Also on the agenda for this five or seven-night package is a private bicycle tour of the natural unspoiled beauty of the local area, a Vietnamese cooking class, daily spa treatments to ease tired muscles, plus “Breakfast Anywhere, Anytime”, an evening meal each day, and private airport transfers. Rates start at USD 1,351++.

At the core of these three new offerings is Fusion’s all-inclusive wellness philosophy, giving guests complimentary access to daily yoga, tai chi and meditation classes, a fully-equipped fitness center, and an all-inclusive on-site spa.

Maia Spa at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh provides guests with a choice of more than 30 treatments, including massages, facials, reflexology, body wraps, scrubs, and a selection of beauty treatments, many of which highlight Fusion’s “logically sourced” principal. The company’s interpretation of the “locally sourced” buzzword means that treatments focus on the use of all-natural, 100% Vietnamese ingredients. Examples include a Vietnamese coffee scrub and a pineapple smoothie wrap.

The focus on logical sourcing echoes throughout the entire resort, from the food to the architecture.

“Rather than deciding what we want then trying to find it nearby,” explains Fusion’s CEO Marco van Aggele, “we look at what’s around us first then take inspiration from that. Naturally, this means we bring elements of the surrounding landscape and culture into our properties. The end result means you’ll always know where you are when you’re inside a Fusion property.”

“The new packages at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh encourage people to lead healthier lives,” he adds, “even the one with unlimited Prosecco. Life’s all about balance, right? We want to offer the health benefits of a wellness-inspired vacation, but with an added element of play. That’s another key component of what we do. Holidays should always be about having fun.”

Each of Fusion Resort Cam Ranh’s packages is available for stays up until October 31st, 2018. For additional information or to book visit

Since its launch in 2008, Fusion has become a leading innovator of wellness-inspired hotels and resorts, and is now the only fully vertically integrated hospitality company in Southeast Asia. Under one roof, Fusion conceptualizes, designs, builds and manages beachside resorts and city hotels through its uniquely branded hospitality concepts.  Fusion has opened six resorts and hotels in Vietnam so far, with a team now boasting more than 1,500 employees, including 300 spa specialists. At present, guests can experience Fusion’s original “all-spa inclusive” concept, and “breakfast anytime, anywhere” service, along with their inventive approach to the hospitality sector, in Da Nang, Cam Ranh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau and Phu Quoc. The Fusion catalog of brands currently includes:

Fusion Resorts: Where contemporary original design meets traditional Vietnamese charm. Home to Fusion’s unique “all-spa inclusive” service, Fusion Resorts fully embrace the combination of ultimate wellness with a rejuvenating and down-to-earth lifestyle, all in natural, picturesque surroundings.

Fusion Suites: As well-located city hotels in key business and tourism hubs, Fusion Suites redefines holistic living and brings a wellness-inspired vacation experience to today’s urban adventurers. As 21st-century city life continues to accelerate, Fusion Suites aim to bring balance and harmony to the urban jungle through healthy and nutritious food and drink options, daily spa journeys included in the room rate, and original and rejuvenating interior design.

Fusion Retreats: Designed for ultimate relaxation, the six-star Fusion Retreats not only embrace a premier yet down-to-earth lifestyle, incorporating many of Fusion’s unique concepts, these semi-isolated locations also offer extended wellness journeys, including anti-ageing, healing, or detoxification experiences. They aim to go well beyond the typical offerings of hotel or resort-based spas.

Fusion Originals: These individually-branded Originals do not share a consistent style. Instead, Fusion tailors each hotel according to its location, giving travelers a distinct taste of a city’s culture and cuisine through a consistent ethos. Each Original carries the name of a pioneer, inventor or artist who has changed the world in some way. While Fusion Originals don’t aim to change the world, they’re certainly a good place to start.
