002SteveCafe&Cuisine250x250The new Café Zen will bring visual impact to guests. From its modern entrance with a contemporary sculpture named Mr Zen, guests will find UFO lights, wave-like counters, and envelopes containing mini muffins. The journey is more an art of space rather than culinary. There will also be waiters and waitresses wearing Zen-style clothing, devoted to the guests’ impressive dining experience.

International magazines describe the designer of the Café Zen revamp, Fabrice Canelle, as “unique”. His strengths lie in creating “new fun concepts” and revamping “the existing one” with visual contemporary meanings. Categorised as a visionary, he designs and continues to develop global concepts with touches of the “new generation’s flairs”. He is skilful at bringing unusual elements as “visual entertainment” to give happiness to the minds of dinners with energy, fashion and talking points.

The new design infuses a creative and unique essence to Café Zen, which brings guests to a place of delight.

The face-lifted Café Zen will continue to offer its most sought-after food items and serve the best selections of Eastern and Western cuisines. Specialty chefs will prepare modern and traditional delicacies, double-boiled soups and innovative dessert creations for guests daily.
