Future role for ATDW – Have your say!

360 review of the role of the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) and the proposed strategic direction of the company is underway! 

The review is being supported by holistic research, which includes research into best practice destination content management, an online survey of our broad stakeholder network and a small number of interviews with key industry and government representatives.

We would like to invite comments and opinions on what the tourism industry thinks about the ATDW, what they see as its role now and into the future and anysuggested opportunities which would add value to the industry.

Anne Massey, who has international strategic experience with customer relations with blue chip brands in tourism and hospitality and, a leading boutique research consultancy, have been commissioned to conduct the research.

A number of Australian tourism stakeholders, distributors and operators will be contacted this week by members of the research team to schedule interviews.  The interviews which will take place before December, will be informal, confidential, will last no more than one hour and will be conducted by phone or face to face (for those who are in Sydney).

Also, a link to the online survey will be emailed directly as well as promoted via digital and social media channels towards the end of November.
