GC2018 Lawn Bowls venue sneak peek

Australian lawn bowls legend Rob Parrella and International lawn bowls players will be given a sneak peek inside the recently transformed Broadbeach Bowls Club ahead of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018) at 9am tomorrow (Saturday 24 March).Australian lawn bowls duo Aron Sherriff and Kelsey Cottrell, Canada’s Ryan Bester and Parrella will join GOLDOC CEO Mark Peters for the visit to the beachside venue, which has been transformed in recent weeks following the completion of temporary grandstands and overlay.

The opportunity will provide an insight into the party atmosphere which will be on display at the venue during the GC2018 Lawn Bowls competition, with music to be played on loud speakers and spectators encouraged to make noise.

Interviews and vision will be available for attending media.
