As the weather gets cooler, nood food’s warming menu items are a comforting choice for filling and vitamin-rich food over the winter months. Committed to bringing Hong Kong a balanced 360˚ healthy lifestyle, Pure Group’s healthy eatery serves only natural ingredients and is conveniently located across the city for easy, nutritional food on the go.

Proving that real, un-processed food can be delicious and indulgent, nood food’s new Raw-reo (HKD75) is an all-vegan cookies and cream smoothie. Made with cashew nuts, coconut flakes, cacao nibs and a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt, the high-in-protein smoothie is a guilt-free sweet treat.

Equally as decadent is the Choco Ginger Bliss (HKD68), nood food’s answer to everyone’s favourite winter hot chocolate. The warming drink is a smooth mix of organic cacao, dates, coconut, almond butter and ginger.

Providing an instant boost over cold and flu season, the Flu Shot (HKD45) is a vitamin-rich concoction of ingredients known for their immune-boosting properties including lemon juice, ginger and turmeric mixed with soothing raw honey and a kick of cayenne pepper.

Healthy and filling lunch options perfect for a pre or post-workout high protein fix include the vegan Portobello Mushroom Wrap (HKD58) with chickpeas, portobello mushrooms and tomato salsa or nood food’s delicious and daily Soups (HKD68) packed with fresh, seasonal ingredients and vegetables available on weekdays.

The festive Turkey & Cranberry Sauce Wrap (HKD58) will be returning to nood food for the holidays. The whole wheat tortilla wrap is generously filled with turkey, pumpkin and a homemade cranberry sauce – which is made with orange peel, coconut palm sugar and the mineral-rich superfood Irish moss. nood food will also be offering a special Turkey Set (HKD1,190) which feeds 6 to 8 people and will be available through 26 December. The fully prepared feast includes a 12 lb US Turkey with apricot and apple stuffing, sides of new potatoes, ginger-glazed carrots and Brussels sprouts, with homemade gravy and cranberry compote. The set is available for pick up at nood food’s SoHo location with two-day advance ordering.

nood food’s Organic Fair-Trade Coffee (from HKD32) is made from the best Sumatra mountain gayo coffee beans for a rich and full-bodied start to the day. At nood food cafés, add a cup of coffee with any breakfast item, such as the wholemeal Multi-Grain Croissant (HKD24), for just HKD25.

Deliciously warming new hot menu items have been added to nood food’s café in Soho’s Kinwick Centre. Choose from Lamb Couscous Stew (HKD129), Spaghetti Vongole (HKD95) and a Green Stack Burger made with a plant protein patty (HKD88).

nood food is available across Pure Yoga and Pure Fitness locations around Hong Kong, with door-to-door delivery from Deliveroo and Food Panda.
