The festive season will light up early in the Macathur region at the Christmas in Narellan event beginning on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 6pm with market stalls, live entertainment, Christmas carols, amusement rides, fireworks and the lighting of the Christmas tree kicking off the festive season

A regular fixture on the calendar, the Christmas event is as popular as ever with 2018’s event tipped to be one of the biggest. Featuring a visit from Santa, Christmas carols and live entertainment headlined by Paulini, one of Australia’s most successful artists, as well as choirs, bands and singers, the free festive party aims to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season. There is also plenty of activities for the kids, from carnival rides to face-painting and plenty of giveaways.

Countless market stalls will sell Christmas gifts, festive treats and culinary delights, with many of the stalls being from the local area. Narellan’s shops, cafes and restaurants will also be open during the festival. The ceremonial lighting of the Christmas tree will take place, there will be lots of entertainment and the evening will finish with an impressive fireworks display.

Presented by the Greater Narellan Business Chamber and the Narellan Town Centre, the event is held at the Narellan Town Centre on Camden Valley Way, right in the centre of the historic Macarthur township.
