Get Fatty with them Steamed Buns Fatty Crab introduces all you can eat Buns… and keeps them coming

Hong Kong, the Fatty Crew hears you loud and clear! Since last year’s introduction of the indulgent Fatty Crab steamed buns, Fatty lovers have relished the “bao” and have asked for more.

The Fatty Crew never fails to deliver, giving diners exactly what they want. Warning: things could get messy.

Who’s ready for a summertime feast? The vibrant and energetic Fatty Crab Bar introduces “All you can eat Pork and Veggie Buns” (HK$120 per person) every Wednesday from 5pm to 11:30pm, which pairs perfectly with a 6 Pack of PBR Beer (HK$120) available only on the night during the same time.

The Pork Buns feature perfectly braised and glazed pork, served with a salad of soft boiled eggs, mixed green lettuce greens and herbs, sliced shallots, pickled daikon and charred greens. Bao lovers can stuff all items into the bun or pick and choose which items they prefer alongside their indulgent pork belly. Sinful sauces of kecap manis and siracha are served alongside the bao’s in dipping bowls. As the Fatty Crew are never ones to leave anyone out, vegetarian options are also available with the pork being replaced by shitake mushrooms, cabbage, carrots and fermented tofu.

The Fatty Crew invites guests to dig in and get seriously messy.
