Getting guests on the slopes sooner, through tech

For the upcoming ski season Club Med will launch its new Easy Arrivals service, as part of its mission to deliver the best ski holidays for hassle-free skiing.

This service uses technology to eliminate a waiting period, making the arrival experience seamless from the start and allowing travellers to hit the slopes almost immediately upon arrival. 

Easy Arrivals invites travellers to fill in their information – weight, height, ski level, preferred skis, number of skiers in the group, etc. – online before Club Med staff prepare shoes and skis for travellers, who can collect all their gear upon arrival at their chosen Club Med Snow Resort. Also on offer are pre-bookings for ski/snowboard classes and childcare. 

In addition, travellers can utilise Club Med’s existing Resort app, which is designed to ensure travellers make the most of their stay, providing the ability to discover each Resort’s daily activities, dress codes, news and more. 

Club Med Easy Arrivals and the Resort app are part of the brand’s broader strategy to use digital technologies to enhance the in-Resort experience. Bolstered by ‘go before you go tools’ such as Virtual Reality, 360 videos and Google Street View, Club Med truly is digitizing the full ski experience – from holiday research to arrival, and beyond.
