Gilbert Chai Appointed Executive Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing, Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel and Residences
Gilbert Chai has joined Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre as its new Executive Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing effective 12 October 2015.
Reporting to General Manager, Gilbert will be responsible in devising strategies for sales and marketing through revenue management to grow opportunities in the respective corporate transient, group, conference services and catering sales areas for the newly rebranded Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel and Residences. Gilbert has a wealth of experience covering 25 years in the hotel industry and will embrace the Pullman brand essence of mixing of business and leisure with an enjoyable performance outlet.

Gilbert Chai is a post degree graduate of Business Administration from the National University of Taiwan, Taipei and also has a degree in Hotel Management and Operation studies from the Japan Hotel School, Tokyo. His previous experience includes working with numerous international hotel groups such as Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Nikko Hotels International; in a similar capacity in various countries.
