fF5iv_7c1AlO3d6B9mwBeyiMzVxlaeq5UdpUoCJt_ncFurama Danang has started an initiative tree planting project named “Go Green @ Fabulous Furama”.  The project aims to connect all the loyal residents and honeymooners with nature for a green resort, green living and increase guests’ loyalty through tree planting at the resort.

The tree will be a memory for guests and the Furama. Once they come back and see how much their tree has grown, it would be a meaningful moment in life. Guests will feel more connected as Furama issue a tree planting certificate by putting their name tag on the tree they plant.

“We are taking environmental action while indulging guests in their need for wellness. By doing this, we would like to inspire people to care for the planet as much as they care for themselves.” – said Mr. Matthias Wiesmann – General Manager.

As the “Green Brand” awarded by the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Economics and Forecast Magazine, Furama Danang has been known for not only its great services, good food and drinks but also its outstanding commitment to the environment and eco-friendly practices. Since its inception about 17 years ago, the Furama has made a conscious effort to design and develop the resorts location to preserve the gorgeous local trees and make it a “green oasis” of Danang.

“We stayed here many years and we feel very impressed to join this meaningful activity of Furama”, said Mr. Volker, “We look very much forward to come back and see our Flame Tree’s blossom.”

This world class resort, famous for being the culinary resort in Vietnam, set on Danang Beach, is a gateway to three World Heritage Sites of Hoi An, My Son and Hue. The 198 rooms and suites plus 50 two to four bedroom villas feature tasteful décor, designed with traditional Vietnamese style and a touch of French colonial architecture. This award-winning resort offers extensive diving spots just off one of the world’s most luxurious beaches as well as many other water sports. The signature Café Indochine, Don Cipriani’s Italian restaurant, The Fan beach-front steak house, Hai Van Lounge, open-air bars and poolside restaurants make the resort a warm and cozy, distinctly chic drinking and dining destination.
