Leading furniture provider PPS Tailored Furniture Solutions (PPS) continues to fuel their rapid growth on the Gold Coast, successfully being appointed to work on one of the highest profile property projects set to shape the South East Queensland residential and hotel market.http://join.travelmanagers.com.au/

Having built a strong reputation for quality in the market place, PPS has been announced as the preferred partner to provide 103 suites in the Woodroffe Hotel Gold Coast with bespoke furniture packages, giving the Gold Coast its first dedicated business hotel.

PPS Founder and Managing Director Marc Conias said this new contract win is a direct reflection of the reputation PPS has in the market, working with high profile developments across Australia, in both the high-density residential and hotel markets.

“The property market for both residential and hotels is becoming increasingly challenging on the Gold Coast, meaning the industry is more competitive and the solutions for hotels going through renovations or new developments under construction is ever evolving,” Mr Conias said.

“We have been strategic in the way we have approached the market to ensure we not only provide our clients turn-key furniture packages, but we are focused on growing the business to fuel the current appetite of the market on the Gold Coast.”

For more than 12 years, PPS has been working with residential property developers, creating furniture packages to help accelerate presales for off-the-plan apartments.

More recently, the team has been working with global hotel groups to create bespoke furniture packages to increase the prestige and value of their properties.

Mr Conias said despite the chatter about the tough market conditions, PPS is set to continue to grow across the eastern seaboard and expects to double their revenue this financial year.

“We have worked exceptionally hard to create a service that delivers a product the market needs and we know what we are offering for our clients is working for their business and creating results for them,” Mr Conias said.

“We have a lot of great projects in the pipeline over the next twelve months across major cities in Australia and expect to continue our growth pattern during this time frame.”
