Stokehouse prides itself on its quality, contemporary and imaginative dishes, served up in style by the talented culinary team.

As part of Good Food Month in July, Head Chef Richard Ousby created special lunch dishes perfect for winter, which changed daily.

Some highlights from July included the Salt-crusted Schultz Yorkshire white pork, with PX sherry-glazed prunes and cauliflower; a sumptuous Pappardelle with braised beef, broccoli, confit garlic, pinenuts and reggiano; and Slow-cooked Rangers Valley beef with conchiglie, red peppers, parsley and fresh ricotta.

The specials proved to be such a hit that Stokehouse will continue to serve up daily seasonal indulgences for the month of August. And diners can enjoy these daily specials along with an entrée and glass of wine for just $38.

Stokehouse is the ideal place to dine and take advantage of Brisbane’s spectacular winter weather. Relax in the restaurant’s elegant, light-filled waterfront setting and treat yourself to the most delectable seasonal flavours and the freshest Australian produce.

And with an extensive list of premium local and international wines, craft beers and more, and the most decadent desserts to cap off your dining experience, Stokehouse is guaranteed to turn any lunch into the ultimate long lunch.
