World travellers who can eat and drink just about anything find the going easier – but there are fewer of them. With food allergies and dietary intolerances rising and many other travellers restricting their diet voluntarily, the time is right for the following Instant Guide to Travelling with Dietary Restrictions, which you can just copy and print.

Depending on where you’re heading, it’s often challenging to find decent food overseas when you have dietary restrictions, such as being vegan, vegetarian or allergic to gluten.

Babbel, the language-learning app and e-learning platform, has provided the following quick fix. Babbel claims to be the shortest path to a real-life conversation in a new language.
