Join us this October as we reprise our annual Gourmet 1010 showcase, and experience signature flavours from India, Italy, Japan and Europe, created by our award-winning culinary team. Make it one special night or take the epicurean grand tour with a world-class quartet of four-course set menus. Sample some of our most popular dishes, including masala partridge and haryali sea bream at Armani/Amal; zesty marinated mackerel and braised veal belly courtesy of Armani/Ristorante; Armani/Hashi’s Chilean seabass with ginger and shishito, and a spectacular chocolate wasabi delight dessert; and chestnut and taleggio mantecato risotto and beef tartar with black truffle at Armani/Deli.

NEW SEASON MASTER CLASSES AT ARMANI/RISTORANTE

Get ready to impress family and friends with newfound culinary expertise courtesy of our monthly series of half-day master classes led by resident Italian kitchen maestro, Chef Alessandro Salvatico. Join us in October for a citrus-inspired menu of regional classics featuring mackerel, risotto and braised veal belly paired with various zesty flavours. We pay homage to the Italian alpine region of Piemonte in November with a hearty trio of dishes including anchovies in green sauce, cheese fondue and braised Barolo beef. Our festive menu rounds out the year with classic shrimp and ricotta appetiser, oyster and sea urchin risotto and grilled Angus beef tagliata.

Afternoon tea follows high fashion at Armani/Lounge this November with an on-trend menu straight from the culinary catwalk. Take a front row seat for a stylish three-tiered sweet and savoury collection of haute couture-inspired pâtisserie creations including a dark chocolate and raspberry shoe, hazelnut gianduja purse and passion fruit with white chocolate mousse hat. An elegant selection of finger sandwiches, homemade cakes and classic scones served with homemade preserves and clotted cream, lend a traditional flavour to an afternoon of high fashion and high-end dining at the heart of the world’s tallest building.

LIGHT UP YOUR DIWALI AT ARMANI/AMAL

Add a little extra spice to your Diwali celebration with a three-course menu of classic favourites and contemporary flavours enjoyed in the most magical of settings overlooking The Dubai Fountain. An innovative collection of dishes, designed to be shared, will grace the table from raj kachori with tamarind chutney, tandoori paneer tikka and Amritsari seekh kebab to a rich lamb rogan josh, delicate coconut-scented chingri malai, spicy dhaniya subzi and home-style aloo matar. The sweet signature comes courtesy of a crop of seasonal favourites headlined by chef’s blueberry-flavoured rice pudding, traditional Bengali raj bhog and syrupy kala jamun. Share enlightening conversations and exquisite dishes while you create lasting memories with family and friends during this most colourful and inclusive of holidays.

As 1.29 billion Chinese gear up for seven days of celebration in honour of the country’s National Day, we get the party started at Armani/Mediterraneo. If you can’t make it to the Middle Kingdom for the holidays, break out the red and gold, meet up with family and friends and join us to feast on a banquet of traditional dishes fused with international flavours. In addition to your favourite Mediterranean classics, inspire your taste buds with the best the Chinese kitchen has to offer including Szechuan chicken with asparagus, Peking duck, chicken noodle soup, delicious dim sum, green tea cheesecake and traditional Chinese cookies.
