The new and exciting flavour treats vary from Cloud Bay Ice Cream which uses candy floss, to Durian Ice Cream Sandwich made with freshly baked waffles. Guests can savour these beautiful creations while enjoying the outdoors at The PATIO.
Another highlight is the Rainbow Ice Cream which mixes beautiful macaroons, chocolate balls and rainbow ice cream to create a beautiful piece of ice cream art. Despite these new creations Executive Chef Otto Goh is also offering popular all time classics such as green tea and strawberry flavour ice cream.
