The tantalizing crustacean delicacy which is also rich with health benefits is featured in a selection of a la carte menu in various styles including:  “Singapore Style Chili Sea Crab”; “Stir Fried Sea Crab with Black Pepper Sauce”; the Thai-aspired “Baked Sea Crab with Chang Beer and Glass Noodles”; “Deep Fried Sea Crab with Salted Egg”; and “Braised Sea Crab with Rice Vermicelli” amongst others.  These freshest, imported Sea Crabs are priced at THB 1,900 plus plus per kilo.

The Sea Crab Festival is being served alongside Man Fu Yuan’s renowned and sumptuous selection of signature favourites, handcrafted dim sums, appetizers, soups and main dishes.

Man Fu Yuan Background Information

Man Fu Yuan (“Joy in the Garden”) Restaurant at Rajpruek Club, opened since 2013, is Thailand’s first dining outlet of the famous Cantonese restaurant at the InterContinental Singapore.  It is renowned for its superb selection of innovative Cantonese cuisine and delicate, handcrafted Dim Sum using the best and freshest ingredients sought both locally and imported from Hong Kong and Singapore.

The dining experience, amidst an elegant, contemporary setting, is further enhanced through a unique tea-pairing service with a choice of up to 10 original tea blends exclusively created for Man Fu Yuan; as well as tea-infused speciality dishes.  Two resident chefs from Malaysia who have been well trained under Dim Sum chefs in Hong Kong, oversee the kitchen.
