In its second year already, more than 1,500 families across Australia have registered their own Grampouts taking place at campsites and in backyards across the country.

Accessible from parks nationally, Gramping also allows grandparents to camp for free* on the weekend of 24th – 26th October.

Spokesperson for Aerogard Australia, Rowena Newman says: “We encourage Australians to take this opportunity to embrace the warmer weather and create special memories with their families, away from the distractions of day-to-day life.

“Gramping is becoming more and more popular in Australia as it’s a great way to switch off, get back to nature and spend quality time with loved ones. We know the Australian outdoors can be a challenge with summer pests, so we recommend that you arm yourself with a Gramping toolkit that includes Aerogard mosquito spray to ensure you have the best possible time.”

General Manager of, Robert Gallagher says: “Last year was incredibly successful, and we anticipate even more people getting involved in Gramping this year.

“We provide almost 2,000 parks across the country, many of which are family, and even pet friendly, for camping or caravanning.”

Gramping was created in 2013 by the Gramping Association, in partnership with, and is sponsored by Aerogard and Mortein.
