The Grand Mercure Puka Park Resort and Coromandel Adventures have joined forces to launch some innovative conference packages that allow delegates to explore the unique character and rugged yet picturesque coastline of this beautiful region of New Zealand.

Only two-hours from Auckland, the recently renovated resort, situated in a private bush setting, has conference facilities for up to 100 delegates, making it the perfect venue for small-to-medium conference events.

These new packages allow delegates to combine a great conference event with, among other activities, the chance to visit the thermal ocean village of Whitianga and soak in New Zealand’s luxury Lost Springs, hosted by the award-winning team at Coromandel Adventures.

The three-day two-night package starts when the 360 Discovery Ferry departs Auckland for the two-hour journey south. On arrival delegates will be transferred to the amazing Luke’s Kitchen for wood-fired pizza while overlooking Kuaotunu Beach. Then it is on to the Lost Springs for a cocktail and gentle soak in the calming waters to get everyone in the mood for the conference at the Grand Mercure Puka Park.

The resort meeting spaces and break-out rooms provide event organisers with many conference options and the tranquil bush surrounds provide space for some inventive team- building opportunities.

The package price includes welcome drinks in Miha Lounge, meals and accommodation in one of the resort’s chalets which have been renewed to a luxurious comfort level, complete with on trend fashion elements, fabrics, occasional furniture and accessories.

Shorter two-day one-night options, which include the same pre-conference activities and a half-day conference, are available.

The Grand Mercure Puka Park team has also put together amazing half-day one-night conference options.

Offering a choice of a Mercury Bay wine tasting or a transfer to Hahei with Coromandel Adventures for Cathedral Cove Sea Kayaking followed by local beer tasting at the Pour House Microbrewery.

Another option for conference organisors is the guided interpretative Kauri forest walk which visits the spectacular coastal lookouts over Tairua and Pauanui. From there delegates will tour the Coromandel Forest Park and the Broken Hill mining area.

With prices starting NZ$495 per delegate these are just examples of the many options available to wow their delegates. Your dedicated on site conference manager takes care of all your needs and the entire itinerary. Providing a one stop shop for a hassle free event.
