Grand Nikko Bali, the first Grand Nikko brand hotel under Okura Nikko Hotels Management, is delighted to announce that it has reached another successful milestone by achieving 5-star hotel recertification.
This came from “Lembaga Sertifikasi Usaha Pariwisata Bali Mandiri” (LSU PMB), the newly appointed certification agency in the field of tourism (hospitality), based on the directives issued by the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia.
The acknowledgement was presented by I Gede Wiwin Suyasa, Auditor and Commercial Business and Project Manager of LSU PMB, to the resort’s General Manager, Jean-Charles Le Coz during an official ceremony held at Graha Sawangan Meeting Room. “I would like to congratulate the entire team for this prestigious achievement,” said Le Coz.
This certification is a regular assessment which aims to ensure guest satisfaction through standardized quality of product, services and management in all star-rated hotels in Bali and Indonesia. The objective of this certification is to provide consumer care system for all guests, hotel employers and communities as well as to promote safety, security, health and environmental sustainability.
The new assessment system also refer to ISO 90011 and HACCP ISO 22000, globally accepted standards developed by the International Organization for Standardization which audit both quality and sustainability of the overall operational procedures and food management system. Grand Nikko Bali successfully performed an effective implementation for all of the assessed standards so that the audit process has been completed in November 2015.
