TWO senior executives from Bangkok’s fashionable Mode Sathorn hotel will be calling on wholesalers in Auckland this week (April 28 and 29) to launch a very competitive new NZ$125 room rate. The rate is aimed at lifting the hotel’s use by the leisure traveller and to introduce the property as a potential venue for the thousanmds ofbusiness visitors who arrived in Thailand from New Zealand last year.
The hotel’s Director of Sales & Marketing Mr Thawee Kugasemrat and the hotel manager Roland Aung said it was the first time the property had made a sales mission to Australia since Mode Sathorn moved from the umbrella it
shared with Bangkok’s well established Siam@Siam hotel group.
The new rate will be available for all new bookings between May 1 and December 31 and will include breakfast for up to two people and 6p.m. late check out for travellers departing on late afternoon or evening flights from Bangkok.
Mode Sathorn is situated directly opposite the Surasek BTS station in downtown Bangkok putting it in most convenient proximity to business houses and Bangkok’s great leisure attractions.
Mode Sathorn is represented in New Zealand by North Sydney-based Randall Marketing. RM chief executive Randall Lui said that situated near the Chaophaya River, the property is ideal for repeat travelers to Bangkok who
understand the city and its different lifestyles.
