Commuters flying through New York’s JFK Airport  were treated to the unlimited leg room and full reclining space of Greater Fort Lauderdale’s famous golden-sand beaches with a special “Sunny Class” at JetBlue Airways’ Terminal 5.
unnamedRemaining at T5 until Monday, February 3 as part of the month-long “The Beach Looks Good on You” promotion held throughout New York City, presented by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, the tropical oasis beach scene with palm trees, beach cabanas, surf boards, free “Hello Sunny” sunglasses and a chance to win the ultimate beach vacation to Greater Fort Lauderdale by visiting www.sunny.org/win.

Greater Fort Lauderdale’s presence at JFK comes after the destination installed the first heated bus shelter in New York (the cross town M42/Lexington & Third Avenue stop) and swept the Polar Vortex away with a “Solar Vortex” at Grand Central Station’s Vanderbilt Hall January 28th to transport winter-weary New Yorkers to the warmer climes of South Florida with a tropical paradise and free beach-themed rickshaw rides.

The “Beach Looks Good on You” promotion will travel to Chicago on February 19, to Washington D.C. on March 18, and to São Paulo, Brazil, on April 29.
