Recently opened Grey at Hilton Cardiff, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pasquale Manganiello as manager.
Pasquale joins Grey following his most recent role as assistant restaurant general manager at MASH, London. At MASH, he was responsible for the supervision of all restaurant operations, leading to awards including London Restaurant of the Year and Best Steak House in London in 2016.
Prior to MASH, Pasquale worked across the Hilton portfolio as food and beverage manager at Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri, Italy, and Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona, Spain, before moving onto Hilton Strasbourg, France, Hilton Brisbane, Australia, and Hilton Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. He now holds a wealth of experience that spans the globe and five languages under his belt.
As manager at Grey, Pasquale is responsible for the successful running of the newly-opened restaurant alongside executive head chef Mark Freeman.
Bringing something fresh and exciting to the city centre, Grey offers relaxed all day dining with a menu that champions Welsh produce served alongside a bespoke gin and Martini list.
