Growth In Indochina

MARKET demand for more variety in Indochina tours has encouraged Wendy Wu Tours to introduce a new 16-day group tour called Laos and Cambodia Unveiled, focusing on in-depth touring of less visited areas, perfect for visitors who have already travelled through neighbouring Vietnam.

Managing director Alan Alcock said that part of the demand came from past passengers who had an introduction to the region and were looking for a comprehensive fully inclusive tour with the high standard and quality for which the company is known.

He adds, “Indochina has been such a strong destination over the last few years and is a constantly growing market, so it made sense for us to increase our touring options in the region”.

This new program, as well as expanded Laos product for independent travellers, is featured in WWT’s new 2015 Vietnam brochure. The 2015 brochures have been redesigned to be more consumer and agent friendly by highlighting the most relevant information and frequently asked questions.

Fully inclusive tours are not WWT’s only growth area. In 2015 the company will also offer additional cruising options with departures to coincide with group tours to allow passengers to do pre or post touring in conjunction with their cruise.
