Chef Philippe runs Dehesa (in Spanish means grasslands – home of the Iberico pig) restaurant in Singapore, expertise with the Iberico products, claimed the best pork in the world. Philippe’s sumptuous menu is for serious and curious foodies and for those seeking something different from the mainstream.

Let’s your mouthwatering with appetizing Pigs trotters croquettes, smoked eels mayonnaise and try tempting Crispy pig head, egg yolk, Madeira reduction  and savoring the famous rich flavor of Pull pork marmalade on toast, caviar.
